Conditions
Premiere Maids is a company specializing in the recruitment and selection of domestic staff, supporting its clients in the personalized, secure, and efficient search for experienced professionals. It has been operating in Portugal and the international market since 2009 and has a team specializing in human resources consulting.
• After outlining the profile and characteristics of the employee you are looking for, Premiere Maids selects candidates who meet the client’s requirements and sends a list of available candidates. Subsequently, interviews between the client and candidates will be scheduled for a final selection, which can be done in person at one of our offices or online. At this stage, the opening fee for national processes must be paid.
• Once the candidate has been selected, Premiere Maids provides, at no additional cost, all the documents, drafts, and procedures necessary to formalize the employment contract.
Premiere Maids does not establish an employment contract with the candidates, but only mediates in the hiring process.
Fees
• Once the candidate has been selected to start work, the amount payable to Premiere Maids will be the amount corresponding to the salary agreed between the Client and the Candidate. This amount must be paid by the date the candidate starts work.
• In the case of international hires, all procedures related to travel, visas, and documentation necessary for placing candidates in other countries will be the responsibility of the Client.
We do not refund fees.
Guarantees
• The candidate selected and admitted by the client has a 90-day warranty period.
• During this period, if there is termination by any of the parties, the employee will be replaced up to a maximum of 2 times, at no additional charge to the customer.
• The replacement of the Candidate will not take place whenever it is not maintained for reasons attributable to the Customer:
– Failure to pay the agreed remuneration;
– Lack of conditions regarding accommodation, food and security;
– Lack of correction in the treatment of the Candidate by the Client or by other elements of his household;
– Violation of the Legal and/or contractual guarantees of the Candidate.
